Cloud Red or his real name Hyouga (which means frosted or frozen or ice) Is the Devil's right hand man. He always wears a face mask over his mouth, no one ever sees the grin on or whats under the mask at all. He is a very mysterious person. Mari always follows him along, how they met is a mystery. How he became the devils right hand man is a mystery. He has powers of Ice and will freeze whomever stands in his way.
