Throw spear into an enemy and then send electricity through the chain into them

Throw spear into far away objects (like statues or something) that you can't get to but need to move it

Throw spear into ceiling and use it to swing and platform

Can start up powered down machinery by walking up to them and sending electricity through them

yeah we post on eddie's character because we have no story or details behind him

so to help me come up with a back story for my character would you guys help by asking some questions about it.

kinda hard his dad was killed when he was young and his mom was in the military
