So this is a topic for any good games you're currently playing or have played in the past, this includes old systems. It's just to find out about good games we may have missed or are missing.

Operation Darkness [Xbox360]

Tactical role-playing game and its boring in the begining but if you keep playing it I'll be more fun to play.

Story line is ok....

Freeware Games/Doujin
Cave Story: 2D Metroid inspired game. Good Plot/Well done 8-bit soundtrack.

Akatsuki Blitzkampf: 2d Fighter based on a futuristic Germany (yes there are neo Nazis). Plays a lot like Street Fighter but is extremely simplified for people who like to use Keyboard.

Current Gen Games

Wii:
Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn: Good game, good amount of challenge and over 70 playable characters (sequel to Path Of Radiance on GC)

Okami (also available on PS2): Extremely Good Zelda clone but you play as wolf goddess. Very nice cel-shaded graphics and you can create this with a paintbrush such as bridges to advance to other places or use the brush as a weapon and slice through multiple enemies.

360: (aka games that aren't Street Fighter)

Battle Fantasia: Love this game. It's Street fighter 3 with fairy-tale like characters.

Gamecube:
F-Zero GX: Extremely Good futuristic racer. The game is probably STILL the fastest game on the market and the game still looks pretty despite being 6 years old.

Skies of Arcadia (also on Dreamcast): One of the Gamecube's best Rpg's. Not really innovaitive but it is pretty much what I call a perfect RPG.

Games that can be Emulated:

Demon's Crest (SNES): Very good Action-RPG. You play as a demon that is trying to take over hell. As you progress you can get new forms with new movesets.

Sparkster (SNES): Take sonic and mario, mix them together, add swodplay and you get Sparkster. Easily one of the best SNES platformers.

Twinkle Star Sprites (Arcade/NEOGEO/Mame) : a shoot em' up mixed with a puzzle game, 2 players. Has very cute-like graphics but the game is top Notch.

The Best Game of 09' officially: Scribblenaughts: Read this post below and prove my statement wrong

"I had played all the big titles at E3. Private showings of God of War III, Heavy Rain, Alan Wake. But at 4:00 on Thursday, I was wandering around the show floor, wondering what else I had to see. I saw a small little booth for "Scribblenauts!" in the Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment section. I mean, who goes to that booth? But I remember hearing about it on GAF, and so I decided to check it out.

Best game of E3? Without a fucking doubt. Anyone who says otherwise did not play Scribblenauts. Best game of all time? Jesus Christ, I don't know, maybe. It's a game that challenges your IMAGINATION. No other game has ever done that.

So listen to this story. I was in the early levels; I didn't quite have an idea of how ridiculously in-depth the database was. I was summoning things like ladders, glasses of water, rayguns, what have you. But I reached a level with zombie robots, and the zombie robots kept killing me. Rayguns didn't work, a torch didn't work, a pickaxe didn't work. In my frustration, I wrote in "Time Machine". And one popped up. What the Fudge? A smile dawned on my face. I hopped in, and the option was given to me to either travel to the past or the future. I chose past. When I hopped out, there were fucking dinosaurs walking around. I clicked one, and realized I could RIDE THEM. So I hopped on a fucking DINOSAUR, traveled back to the present, and stomped the Papaya out of robot zombies. Did you just read that sentence? Did you really? I FUCKING TRAVELED THROUGH TIME AND JUMPED ON A DINOSAUR AND USED IT TO KILL MOTHERFUCKING ROBOT ZOMBIES. This game is unbelievable. Impossible. There's nothing you can't do.
